It will be a 60-minute, online session featuring insight from investors, including Elodie Broad, Head of Impact at Balderton Capital, who will share their insights on the importance of building a strong and inclusive company culture from day one, and how that can make a difference in securing investment.

Participants will gain actionable strategies and behaviours that can be implemented immediately to foster an innovative, high-performing, productive, and inclusive company culture, making their businesses more attractive to potential investors. The workshop will highlight key behaviours from Culture+, the Royal Academy of Engineering's EDI platform, which is tailored to help startups and SMEs embed inclusive cultures as they grow.
