Whether it be pressure, level or flow, the reliance on what the screen tells you, is generally taken for granted as being correct. Why wouldn’t it be?

The truth is, that there are two times in the life of a tapping point, when a 100% true reading is being taken: -

·        One is when the system is installed, and everything is clean…

·        The second is when the tapping point becomes completely blocked…

The Clearguard Autorodder has been developed to help solve this problem. It is a unique, proactive piece of preventative maintenance equipment.

It helps to keep process variable measurement points (pressure, level, flow) from fouling, and eventually becoming blocked.

If these tapping points do become compromised, it affects the accuracy of reading, reliability of process, potential cost increase in purge media, and ultimately can cause catastrophic failures.
